Contributions to The Simpler Campaign, LLC are not deductible as charitable contributions. The maximum an individual may contribute is $1,200 per election. The primary and general elections are considered separate elections for the purpose of these limits. Delaware law requires us to report the name and mailing address for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $99 in an election cycle. Corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and political action committees may contribute $1,200. If an individual owns 50% or more of an entity, however, the entity’s contribution counts against his or her individual contribution.
